The UVSA Tết Festival 2027 is a three-day celebration of Tết, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, held Friday, February 5, through Sunday, February 7, 2027, at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California. Ticket prices for 2027 aren’t posted yet; the festival site says tickets are coming soon.
What to expect
The festival is organized by the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations (UVSA) and runs over the weekend before Lunar New Year's Day. Lunar New Year's Day falls on Saturday, February 6, 2027, the first day of the Year of the Goat, so the festival coincides with the holiday.
Tết is the Vietnamese name for the Lunar New Year, a time when families gather, honor ancestors and welcome the new year. Festivals like this one bring that tradition to the wider community.
